Introduction

At IBM, work is more than a job - it’s a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you’ve never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world’s most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.

- Design, launch, and manage a required learning curriculum for management/leadership to ensure anyone that takes on a management/leadership role on the program has the same fundamental knowledge and learnings through our in-house L&D.

- Oversee the execution of internal workshops, training sessions, and other learning experiences.
- Maintain and regularly update training material.
- Create skill development roadmaps using best-practice adult learning principles.
- Provide logístical oversight for large audiences to plan and execute training events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, measure, and report on the results and the overall impact of L&D programs, services, and operations.
- Monitor and track end-user experience (satisfaction surveys and other analytics); document feedback and use it for continuous improvement.
- Manage several complex training projects and ensure efficient project management under tight timelines.
- Provide regular status updates on learning and development projects/initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for L&D-related questions.
- Act as HR Management Pod Leader, which includes general oversight of pod activities, leading process improvements, providing regular status updates on pod activities, etc.
