**e. **_**The primary duties that will be required of the applicant are**:_
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Manage and oversee the monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting process, including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Develop and manage the annual budget monthly forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements, including leading the annual audit process and working with external auditors.
- Led the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to support business decision-making.
- Manage and develop the finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
- Cross-border business travel may be required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Directors.
- **f. Qualification and Skills requirement**_
- Fluent in written and verbal English. Fluent Mandarin will be an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with auditing, including leading the annual audit process and working with external auditors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a finance team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software
