**What Will You Work On?**

As a valued member of our small team, you'll wear multiple hats and remain engaged in diverse tasks, including:

- Providing administrative support with a keen eye for confidentiality and professionalism.
- Producing accurate and well-formatted documents using various software packages.
- Managing employee payroll and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Processing invoices, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with financial tasks.
- Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting management as needed.
- Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and generate financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

While reception duties are part of the role, this position offers opportunities for growth and learning.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting assistant experience.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to interpret financial information to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain orderly financial records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software, preferably with Sage50.
- Ability to view and solve problems critically while finding practical solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with a keen eye for grammar and formatting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and solve problems critically.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel is required.
