Admin Support - CFFM FHT MENTAL HEALTH Programs - Joseph Street
The Admin Support, CFFM FHT Mental Health Programs provides **administrative and reception support** to the CFFM FHT mental health programs operating out of Joseph Street; and back up administration and reception to all Joseph Street clinics and programs as needed.
Our two mental health programs are composed of four full-time, seven part-time psychotherapists/social workers, and one intake worker/system coordinator. The Partnership for Mental Health Services provides mental health services to patients of three FHOs (52 physicians) in KW4. The CFFM Academic FHT Mental Health Team provides mental health services to patients of the Centre for Family Medicine FHT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**In addition to general administration and reception duties**, the Admin Support aids the teams in their shared work, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings, participating in discussions and decision-making, taking minutes, conducting follow-up between meetings, providing coordination and other support, group education sessions, etc.
- Provide continuous feedback and ideas in the interest of quality improvement and team alignment
- Assist with process development and other projects
- Provide EMR training specific to our Mental Health Programs as needed
- Analyze data and produce reports for both teams (via PSS)
- Help coordinate Wellness Workshops and Mental Health Groups
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience in healthcare preferred
- Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and to build working relationships with team members and patients
- Proven skills in multi-tasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adapting to and embracing change
- Compassionate verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and mínimal supervision
- Ability to learn new technologies
