Are you passionate about the art of wine and creating memorable experiences? The Wine Spa is seeking an experienced Sommelier to curate and oversee our wine program. As the Sommelier, you'll be responsible for all aspects of our wine program, from selecting and ordering wines to providing exceptional service and training staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the management team to develop and maintain an exceptional wine program that aligns with The Wine Spa's vision and guest preferences.
- Curate wine selections, manage inventory, and place orders to ensure a diverse and high-quality wine list.
- Greet guests warmly, provide wine recommendations, and ensure exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Train and educate staff on wine knowledge, service techniques, and the art of pairing wines with spa experiences.
- Regularly tidy, polish glassware, fold laundry and other cleaning duties.
- Oversee the closing procedures of the spa, ensuring all wine-related tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Key holder responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Sommelier or equivalent certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant, hotel, winery or similar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, including varietals, regions, and vintages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven ability to train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
