**Your Credentials for Success**
- Hearing Instrument Specialist Diploma from an AHIP-approved institution in Canada
- Certified as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Must be a member in good standing with AHIP or eligible for registration.
- Registered as an Authorizer with ADP is preferred but not required.
- Cerumen Management Certification.
- Must have access to a vehicle for outreach and remote appointments.

**Compensation**: Starting salaries depend on your role and experience. Hearing Instrument Dispenser? $45,000-$50,000. Hearing Instrument Specialist? $50,000-$65,000. **Location**: You'll split your time between our Guelph and Kitchener - Frederick locations, collaborating with two amazing teams and making a meaningful impact in both communities.
