Job Summary COGIR Immobilier has close to 2,800 employees who are passionate about real estate and who work day after day to provide the best service and a better quality of life to our clients. Our team manages more than 150 properties located in Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia. Les Jardins Intérieurs, a residence for the elderly, is currently looking for a secretary-receptionist.

**:
The secretary-receptionist is responsible for performing tasks related to reception and office work.

Working hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
- Distribute notices to residents
- Maintain the residence directory
- Make appointments
- Manage the sale of meal vouchers and manage the petty cash related thereto
- Perform other related duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
- A DEC in business administration or any related dicipline
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
