Demystify, explain in plan language and simplify IAM services for the business sectors and IT.- Serve as a reference for the IAM sector with various stakeholders.- Meet a range of documentation needs (proposals, business analyses, impact analyses, committee meeting minutes, progress reports, etc.).- Analyze stakeholders, impacts and risks in terms of user experience and efficiency, in collaboration with internal partners.- Develop user experience recommendations that support organizational development (benefits) and maximize investment, and help implement indicators.- Contribute to the transition management plan to motivate stakeholders to achieve objectives, taking into account the organizational culture.- Deliver and/or contribute to work to improve the user experience and operational efficiency.- Help establish criteria and parameters for measuring the effectiveness of organizational change projects.- Produce the required documents for presentations to business and IT teams.- Work closely with internal HR partners, such as business partners and centres of expertise.- Help develop and roll out IAM tools, methodologies, practices and experience across the organization.- Stay informed of best practices in your field and proactively contribute to the team's business intelligence

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity or other appropriate discipline- At least four years of relevant and technical experience in identity and access management (IAM)- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Experience working in an Agile environment- Experience on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders- Experience coordinating, planning and improving processes- Knowledge of French is required- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients- Proficiency in employee and supplier authentication processes and methods- Analysis expertise, including writing complex files- Experience explaining needs and requirements for solutions, processes and tools in plain language
