Toronto, Canada HTS Engineering - Heat Transfer Solutions Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit job sites as required for site measuring, trouble shooting, and site coordination for install
- Project managing small to medium sized jobs independently and assisting in larger projects
- Work safely following company policies and guidelines
- Field visits to acquaint and gain knowledge of HVAC industry equipment and sites
- Occasional Review & mark up construction drawings and bid/tender documents using Bluebeam®
- Assemble and record all pricing elements in our computerized project management system called TRAX (ie. Full take-off responsibilities)
- Use Bluebeam® PDF editing software to prepare equipment quantity counts and cost estimates
- Work well with technical people (HTS, contractors, engineers, designers)
- Juggle priorities depending on tender & project management timelines
- Work with drawings and documents that may not always be 100% complete

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Work experience in the construction or HVAC industry is preferred
- Mechanical engineering degree/diploma preferred, College or University
- Full G driver’s license required to get to project sites
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Logical and able to adapt to changing roles/tasks
- Strong multi-tasker
- Strong project management skills
- Able to prioritize tasks
- A focused and disciplined worker
- Able to read and understand construction plans
- Positive work attitude with a knack for ‘figuring things out’
- Scheduling & calendar management skills
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Open to learning new things daily
