- Coordinate and schedule freight transportation to meet delivery requirements.
- Analyze transportation routes and methods to optimize efficiency.
- Utilize transportation management systems such as Fleet Manager/UFOS to track shipments and update information.
- Able to clear shipments via PAPS/PARS/ACI and ACE manifest
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with stakeholders.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to coordinate logistics effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a dispatching role, preferably in a freight or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in using Fleet Manager or similar software for dispatch operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation logistics.
- Ability to type efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is a plus.
