Reitmans (Canada) Limited has several exciting opportunities to participate in the launch of a transformative Marketplace platform and business strategy as well as influence the role Marketplace plays in our corporate growth strategy.

These positions offer an inspiring introduction to the Marketplace and provides a training ground for success and future development at Reitmans (Canada) Limited.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Account Manager, Marketplace, the Catalog Specialist is part of a specialized operations team responsible for ensuring Seller content, product descriptions and information is impeccably captured prior to publishing to our site. Providing our customers with a seamless and exceptional experience when interacting with our brands, you are the critical link between our Sellers and our inhouse Ecommerce teams, safeguarding all Marketplace products are represented flawlessly. An incredible development opportunity, you will receive training and become an expert at using the Mirakl platform, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

**What you do**:

- Ensure Seller product detail pages are complete with all required information and assets before they are published online;
- Communicate with external partners and web merchandisers to ensure optimal representation of Marketplace products prior to publishing to our sites;
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external partners, analyze data related to performance and customer experience, and play a pivotal role in the Marketplace strategy execution.
- Work closely with the Seller Onboarding Specialist during the Seller acquisition and handover process, as well as with Sellers when loading their products and offers on our platform;
- Utilize your knowledge of our systems and performance KPIs, to support and optimize the Marketplace performance.

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- College graduate in commerce, IT systems, Marketing, or equivalent field of study ;
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role coordinating projects, dealing with vendors, and accurately recording data ;
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online business and passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
