DNA Solutions & ML Manager
The DNA Solutions & ML Manager along with their team are accountable for producing and delivering data solutions that are held up as 'best in class', both within BRP and industrywide. This work includes the deployment, support, and evolution of our next gen Data & Analytics suite, driving our platform architecture and delivering end-to-end DNA products.
**The Manager will be responsible for three functions**:
ML&AI
Data Ops
Data Solutions
It is essential for the job holder to work with all internal teams and external partners to define the overall vision and roadmap for each product. The incumbent will also act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Data on all ML and AI capabilities we need to deploy to support our growth.
Management, presentation & project management skills as well as being analytically minded and solution driven are the keys to this strategic role in BRP’s Data & Analytics Office.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The development and management of your team
Stakeholder relationship management
Cutting Edge Product Offering Development
Projects, Innovation, and product delivery
Strategic and budget planning for all DNA solutions
Roadmap definition for DNA products (Solutions, ML/AI, Ops)
You will also work in collaboration with, and at times take leadership of, the wider team to deliver integrated solutions across all forms of media as well as participate in, embrace, and lead training forums for the team and where applicable members from partner teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, including managing third parties
Be solution driven
Have an excellent understanding and experience of other data tools in the marketplace.
Be focused on delivering value-added data products.
Demonstrate tact, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills.
Undertake all tasks/responsibilities in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
Have leadership qualities and the ability to manage, nurture and grow teams.
Have a passion for new technology.
Must have experience with Snowflake, CDPs, Data Quality tools, ML&AI platforms, and Data Catalogs
Demonstrated ability to lead Cloud engineers, Data engineers and Data architects.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
A minimum 10 years’ experience leading large data and analytics projects.
