**Overview**:
**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

The Closeout Lead will provide on-site administrative and technical solutions to all built infrastructure affected by the CTS construction project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the collection and organization of closeout documentation, asset installation status and other reports to achieve substantial completion.
- Assist in the coordination of construction close out documentation and ensuring the process is implemented across the project line and is aligned with project agreement conditions
- Participating in the different phases of active construction projects; including construction, testing, commissioning and closeout of the project.
- Advise management and relevant stakeholders of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.
- Coordinate and execute meetings with several stakeholders and take meeting minutes.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational experience as a Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer, Facilities Management, Project Management, or experience requirements include managing multiple sites or and project teams simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Smartsheet’s
- Knowledge and understanding of MS Excel (Pivot tables, database)
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicting priorities is a must.
- Must have strong communications skills (in English) both verbal and written
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents is a strong asset.
- Strong planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.
- Knowledge of construction substantial completion processes and the construction lien act is a strong asset.

**Supervisory Responsibility**:

- Supervise and report on progress of Systems, and Testing and Commissioning along the Eglinton Corridor

**Fiscal Responsibility (when required)**:

- Work with procurement/finance teams to report on monthly targets
- Evaluate proposals to determine most cost effective and value engineering route.

**Physical Demands**
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Primary work location is project segment/site office (along Eglinton transit line). Comfortable working in office and site-based trailers.
- Work location flexibility within all stations along the project when required.
