Responsibilities:
  1. If you are currently a Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise projects, have experience building and leading a construction team, and are looking for autonomy and career advancement, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for
  2. Our client is looking for a Director of Construction who is a respectable, confident, and knowledgeable leader well versed in High-rise condominium construction in the GTA and is capable of managing the construction division in its entirety.
  3. If you have exceptional business acumen and can deliver meetings to multiple stakeholders, then you will be very successful in this job.

What you will get out of it:

Our client is a successful brand with leading developments in Ontario. They have an excellent reputation for constructing high-profile condominium projects across the GTA and other related projects. They are looking to hire an experienced Project Management expert in Design and Construction to be the Director of Construction, representing the owner from design stages through to finish and closeout. You would be compensated well with a salary and benefits package respectful of your experience and market value.
