**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon, and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

The Systems Project Closeout Coordinator/Lead will provide on-site administrative and technical solutions to all built infrastructure affected by the CTS construction project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in the different phases of active construction projects; including construction, testing, commissioning and closeout of the project.
- Advise management and relevant stakeholders of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts.
- Coordinate and execute meetings with several stakeholders and take meeting minutes.
- Assist in the collection and organization of closeout documentation, asset installation status and other reports to achieve substantial completion.
- Assist in the coordination of construction close out documentation and ensuring the process is implemented across the project line and is aligned with project agreement conditions
- Working with station teams in identifying close out requirements including that of spares inventory.
- Work with Station Teams to evaluate the progress of asset installation.
- Perform additional assignments as directed or as required for successful project completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational experience as a Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Communications Engineer, Facilities Management, Project Management, or experience requirements include managing multiple sites or and project teams simultaneously.
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Smartsheet’s
- Knowledge and understanding of MS Excel (Pivot tables, database)
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicting priorities is a must.
- Understanding of construction process, schematics, mechanical/electrical drawings, diagrams, and layouts is essential.
- Must have strong communications skills (in English) both verbal and written
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance management software is a strong asset.
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.
- Knowledge of construction substantial completion processes and the construction lien act is a strong asset.
