Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects in Morrisburg, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of project milestones.
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, to ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any issues or deficiencies in workmanship or materials.
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring availability as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily logs, site reports, and safety documentation.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to the project.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, with a focus on industrial projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the region as needed.
- Certification in construction management or related field is preferred.
