Sales Administration Coordinator

**The Sales Administration Coordinator supports the Canadian and U.S. sales management team in the growth of the business and ensures the timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries in a fast, team-oriented environment. They will manage the key indicators of the sales department and ensures the relay between customers and sales managers.**:
**Management Responsibility**:
- Sales department key metrics management
- Administrative management of sales initiatives
- Coordination of a team of sales managers
**Responsibilities/Mission**:
- Write quotes and follow up for 4 Canada/USA sales managers;
- Analyze orders: logistics, cohesion, needs;
- Propose solutions or options to managers to optimize customer service following your analyses;
- Ensure the coordination of customer follow-ups during the sales managers' holidays;
- Integrate and ensure the rigorous updating of customer management system (CRM) data;
- Carry out the entry of all sales opportunities to active or potential customers;
- Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with current customers and ensure their satisfaction;
- Respond to customer inquiries via the online chat platform.
- Carry out after-sales follow-ups;
- Participate in one exhibition per year (USA);
Skills and Abilities:
- Post-secondary education in administration, business management, marketing or a related discipline is an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, project management and/or customer service;
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, organizational skills and customer service oriented;
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) - mainly in the USA;
- Intermediate computer knowledge (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.);
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Business 365 an asset);
- Good ability to work on several simultaneous projects, ability to work in a team;
- Autonomy, versatility, rigor, attention to detail, mobilizing leadership;
**Experience and Level of Education**:
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC)
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution company is an asset;

- Assurer la coordination des suivis à la clientèle durant les vacances des directeurs commerciaux ;
- Intégrer et assurer la mise à jour rigoureuse des données du système de gestion client(CRM) ;
- Effectuer l’entrée de toutes les opportunités de ventes aux clients actifs ou potentiels;
- Établir et maintenir une excellente relation avec les clients actuels et assurer leurs satisfactions;
- Répondre aux demandes clients via la plateforme de discussion en ligne (chat).
- Effectuer des suivis après-ventes ;
- Participer à un salon d’exposition par année (USA) ;
Compétences et habiletés:
- Posséder une formation postsecondaire en administration, gestion d'entreprise, en marketing ou dans une discipline connexe est un atout.
- Expérience mínimale de trois (3) ans en lien avec la vente, la gestion de projet et/ou le service à la clientèle ;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, professionnalisme, sens de l’organisation et être orienté service client ;
- Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) -clientèle majoritairement aux USA ;
- Connaissance informatique intermédiaire (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.) ;
- Connaissance de la Suite Microsoft (Business 365 un atout) ;
- Bonne capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanés, facilité à travailler en équipe ;
- Autonomie, polyvalence, rigueur, souci du détail, leadership mobilisateur ;
**Experience et niveau d’Études**:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC)
- Une expérience au sein d’une compagnie manufacturière ou de distribution représente un atout;
**Education**: Required
