**Job Description**:
Motorola is seeking an experienced and capable mid to senior level Business Analyst (BA), with a technical or functional background in SAP and/or E2Open.

This position allows a mix of office and work-from-home, and will be based out of one of the following locations: Richmond (BC), Fresno (CA), or Richardson (TX).

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Transformation for the
_Video, Security, and Access Control (VSA)_ division of Motorola, the BA will play an important role in:

- Large strategic projects including the implementation/integration of commercial
- off-the-shelf solutions (ie. E2Open, MES, WMS), and the merging/integration of acquisitions.
- Identifying and initiating projects to achieve efficiencies with stakeholders across the supply chain, including both process and systems changes within SAP, EDI, and other integrated solutions (ie. driving continuous improvement).
- Acting as tier-2 support for SAP and being a mentor for tier-1 analysts and junior BAs.
- Fostering a data driven culture thru engaging supply chain stakeholders thru BI tools (SAP, Tableau) and Excel based reporting and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bridge the gap between the business and IT teams, ensuring common understanding and alignment of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Initiate and drive process improvement projects, working directly with business stakeholders across business units to map current and future state processes (BPMN preferred) and perform GAP analysis.
- Collaborate with other business systems analysts/specialists/solution architects/software vendors on business solutions, architecture strategy, and roadmaps to satisfy business objectives.
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and foster a data driven culture using BI tools.
- Independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex and concurrent activities to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in either SAP or E2Open to include:

- For SAP, familiarity with a broad number of TCodes, understanding common tables and the table structure behind SAP, troubleshooting issues within SAP that can affect supply chain activities including production, inventory, and shipping. Project experience to implement SAP functionality or integrate 3rd party solutions with SAP.
- For E2Open, experience implementing or supporting E2Open Supplier Collaboration, E2PR Scenario Modeling, and/or Supply Planning.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
- Self-motivated and action oriented, with a demonstrated track record of pursuing work with energy and drive.
- Detailed oriented with an aptitude and interest in creating compelling written and graphical documentation (diagrams/flowcharts etc..).
- Ability to facilitate meetings and develop consensus amongst a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Desire to continue to develop and grow as a business analyst and change leader, and to learn from others.
- Desire to help others develop and grow as a mentor.
- Willingness to work on the occasional weekend or holiday to support related activities.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min 5 years’ experience in a business analyst or functional analyst role
