**What you do**:
In this role, you will be expected to:

- Analyze enterprise business operations and technology issues across a large organization
- Prepare polished business and technical-facing documentation (including but not limited to): business requirements documents, process flows, user stories, use cases, wireframes etc.
- Support in preparing business cases and incorporate cost benefit analysis activities and return on investment calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and determine appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to collect business, functional and technical requirements.
- Lead QA efforts working with developers to create and test solutions.
- Create reports and presentations.

**Who you are**:

- You are a certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or ITIL Foundation certified.
- You have 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
- You have a high-level knowledge of project management processes.
- You have prepared use cases and wireframes to assist customers with identifying business requirements and scope.
- You have knowledge of database concepts and terminology and best practices in requirements gathering, UX design, solution design and solution architecture.
- You effectively prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft DevOps), familiarity with SQL or other query languages is preferred.
- You have experience collecting precise business requirements and clearly articulating requirements from the business to developers and vice versa.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- You have a positive attitude and are collaborative.
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You may have experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
- You may have experience working with Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and TFS.
