At Plan A, we pride ourselves on supporting long term care facilities with the best possible healthcare staff within our area. We look to make a positive difference to every senior within our supported facilities, and we are looking for the next passionate and dedicated person to join our team

Our office supports areas in Alberta and Ontario - specifically Kitchener, Waterloo and London. We are looking for a Employee Success Coordinator, who will work to support all areas of our business.

As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Assist with the recruitment and selection of Plan A employees
Participate in, and assist with many facets of the Plan A onboarding process
Document personal information in human resources files
Complete reference checks
Represent Plan A KWL/AB at events and deliver presentations
Schedule and arrange employee training sessions
Organize and maintain employee files, including all required documentation, copies of current professional registration, and continuing education are up to date on an ongoing basis
Research and attend job fairs for recruiting purposes
Set up and manage online Surge Training for all newly onboarded and active staff
Adhere to Plan A Healthcare Policies and Procedures
Assist with social media and promotion of Plan A
Paid After hours on-call rotations as required

Ability to work independently and also as part of a dynamic team environment

Innate ability to prioritize work according to business needs on a daily basis
Strong sense of initiative
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Familiarity with healthcare is considered an asset
Creative problem solving; must be detail and solution-oriented
Excellent communication and listening skills

Education/Experience

A post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education will also be given consideration.
New Graduates are welcome to apply
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
