Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Previous Shift Lead / Production Lead experience is required**: Overseeing and managing a team in a sand process plant, production, or similar industrial setting
- Track record of working collaboratively with Production Leads and other team members to maximize efficiency and minimize Non-Production Time (NPT)
- Operate equipment / facility Safely and efficiently for production processing: dry plant start-up and shut-down, feed rates, surge tanks and valves, temperature control, product concentration etc.
- Follow all Wayfinder Corp. and OHS safety policies, complete Pre-job hazard assessments, reviewing with team members at the start of every shift: report any safety hazards or unsafe work practices
- Identify problems, and make informed decisions on running the dry plant: continuously inspect, identify challenges, and maintain all plant instruments
- Support Production Leads to maximize efficiency and minimize Non-Production Time
- Accurately complete required plant documentation and reporting, such as screen inspections, inventory control, shift notes, QC documents, Safety documentation etc.
- Assist other team members on their assigned responsibilities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Previous Sand Process Plant experience is strongly preferred**. The successful hire will be able to demonstrate their prior operational experience within sand process plants, production, or other industrial settings
- Mechanical aptitude and it's applied experience in process plant, production or other industrial settings
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability; a proactive mindset is required. This position involves operational challenges that require quick thinking, and the ability to adjust efforts in the moment
- Strong computer skills are required, attention to detail with regular reporting and documentation
- Full Class 5 Drivers with a clean abstract and reliable transportation
