**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the administration of construction contracts, including the review and understanding of contract terms, conditions, and obligations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documents, including agreements, change orders, and correspondence. Ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Monitor and ensure that all parties involved in the project adhere to contractual obligations, specifications, and timelines.
- Process and track change orders, assessing their impact on project budgets and timelines, and ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and propose strategies to mitigate them. Work with legal counsel when necessary to address contractual issues.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective and timely communication to resolve contract-related issues.
- Assist in managing claims and disputes that may arise during the project. Work to resolve issues in accordance with contract terms and applicable laws.
- Monitor and track financial aspects of contracts, including payments, invoicing, and budget compliance. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
- Verify that subcontractors maintain the required insurance and bonding and that certificates of insurance are updated as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to construction contracts. Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient contract management.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in contract administration or a related role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, contract law, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of financial and budgetary principles.
- Legal knowledge or experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adherence to ethical and legal standards.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
