Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. The position will require availability on Thursdays through Sundays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and provide information about our services, products, and facilities as needed.
- Check-in and check-out customers, process payments, and manage reservations and appointments.
- Monitor the front desk area and ensure it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and comply with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexible availability to work on Thursdays through Sundays.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an asset.
