Front Desk Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Assistant Manager to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a member of our Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the Guest Experience team, including Front Desk Associates, Concierge, and Bell Staff.
- Assist the Front Desk Manager with scheduling, training, and front office administration.
- Coordinate outstanding guest experiences through open communication with all teams.
- Anticipate hotel forecasts and needs of individual guests and groups.
- Field inquiries about hotel policies, services, and reservations.
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in Hotel/Hospitality/Tourism Management or 1-2 years' related management experience preferred.
- Previous hotel Front Desk experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
- Be organized with a great eye for detail and be able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
