TTCA has an opening for one Quality Assurance Specialist in our QA Department. This position reports directly to Assistant Manager of Quality. This is an entry level position that requires a hands-on approach that works on the shop floor in addition to an office setting.
**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Creation of internal/external quality documents
- Supporting the customer for quality related issues
- Investigation of root cause and countermeasure report creation for customers
- Provide training to multiple dept’s on quality related issues
- Auditing of internal/external process for failure modes
- Implementing countermeasures for quality issues with various departments
- Planning and scheduling level up activities in welding and stamping
- Provide training on various measuring devices and techniques.
**Key skills and Characteristics**:
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast paced environment
- Motivation/commitment, adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Planning and scheduling experience
- Good understanding of various measuring devices
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
