L’hôtel Hilton Garden Inn est à la recherche d’un(e) individu hors de l’ordinaire à se joindre à nous au poste de: Agent de réservation.
L’hôtel Hilton Garden Inn est à sept minutes de l’aéroport de Montréal, et il est idéalement situé à proximité de Montréal. L’hôtel propose 161 chambres, ainsi que le service de navette complémentaire entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport. L’hôtel offre également un restaurant de gastronomie française, 1686 pieds carrés d’espaces de réunion un centre de remise en forme, et une piscine intérieure.

Sommaire:
Nous recherchons un(e) individu qualifié et talentueux avec une expérience dans la coordination, le service à la clientèle, les banquets et les ventes.
Fonctions:
- Préparer les propositions et contrats de groupe et supporter les délégués dans le processus;
- Préparer les documents liés aux ventes tout au long du processus de vente (par exemple, propositions, contrats, commandes de banquets, lettre CVGR);
- Préparer les suivis administratifs et entrer les données pour les groupes définitifs (suivi pour le premier dépôt, faire les entrées de données selon le contrat, assurer le suivi auprès des départements concernés).
- Assurer que tous les documents produits par le service des ventes (c’est-à-dire les BEO, les contrats, les listes des chambres, les propositions, les rapports) sont remplis avec précision et dans les délais.
- Coordonner les petits événements internes/externes, vente et coordination ;
- Faire la distribution des bons de commande et des rapports;
- Rencontrer et répondre aux questions des clients sur les installations et les services offerts par l’hôtel;
- Assurer le service après-vente
- Établir les relations avec les fournisseurs et la coordination avec ceux-ci
- Préparer les affiches des précongrès et les affiches de signalisation;
- Collaborer pour la gestion des blocs ouverts pour les groupes en maison;
- Préparer les cadeaux, les menus, les coupons pour les groupes, certificats cadeaux, et les outils de ventes pour les déléguées;
- Communiquer et distributeur l’information reliés aux clients et les rapports des ventes pour assurer une communication interdépartementale ;
- Coordination et gestion des plateformes des médias sociaux

- Habiletés marquées pour la communication, le travail d’équipe et la gestion d’une équipe;
- Autonomie et dynamisme;
- Rapidité d’exécution;
- Grande disponibilité et flexibilité au niveau de l’horaire de travail;
Qualifications recherchées:
- Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) ou Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en gestion hôtelière ou en restauration ou en ventes et marketing;
- 2 ans au plus d’expérience dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie
- Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué, atout
- Bilingue - oral et à l’écrit (français et anglais)
- Très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook);
- La connaissance d’OnQ R&I sera considérée comme un atout.

Reservation Agent.
The Hilton Garden Inn is seven minutes from the Montreal airport, and it is conveniently located near Montreal. The hotel offers 161 rooms, as well as the complementary shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.
The hotel also consists of a French gourmet restaurant, 1,686 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. Our associates are essential to our daily success. Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and talented individual with experience in coordination, customer service, banquets and sales.
Functions:
- Prepare group proposals and contracts and support delegates in the process;
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (eg proposals, contracts, banquet orders, CVGR letter);
- Prepare the administrative follow-ups and enter the data for the final groups (follow-up for the first deposit, make the data entries according to the contract, follow up with the departments concerned).
Ensure that all documents produced by the sales department (i.e. BEOs, contracts, room lists, proposals, reports) are completed accurately and on time.
