**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated understanding of victim issues, judicial processes and community resources
- Case Management experience required
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of Human Trafficking issues and needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Sensitive to the dynamics of culture, gender, socio-economic status and their interaction with victimization, the criminal justice system and the experiences of survivors of trauma/ trafficking
- Strong organizational skills, strong computer skills and efficiency in all Microsoft programs
- Post secondary education in social services and/or equivalent education and experience
- Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) or Critical Incident Group Debriefing (CIDG) training is an asset
- 2 years of social services background with experience in crisis response
- A valid Ontario (G) Driver’s License and use of a personal vehicle, current Police Records Check & Vulnerable Position Screening, current Standard First Aid & CPR certificate
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Bilingual in French is an asset
