**Application & Infrastructure Analyst I - Operational Video Systems**

- The support of the mission-critical Operational Video Systems. This includes participating in paid 24x7x365 on-call support rotationally.
- Troubleshooting issues with the Operational Video Systems and related interfaces.
- Assisting Team Lead, Business Analysts and Project Managers in the successful execution of assigned objectives.
- Developing and modifying workflows with system tools.
- Analyzing business requirements and assist with integration requirements
- Working collaboratively with other EPS units to find solutions for business problems through process or by use of software.
- Creating system documentation and providing training to users and performing related duties as required.
- Communicating, monitoring, and reporting, project and operational execution of network and security requirements.
- Coordinating operational support and maintenance processes, procedures.
- Coordinating approved vendors towards the delivery of deployment, development, support, and maintenance of solutions.
- Addressing other assigned tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:
**Job Level**:

- Degree in a related discipline and 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR post-secondary diploma in a related discipline and 2 years relevant experience.
- OR 1-year related certificate and 4 years relevant experience as well as progressively responsible experience with network video solutions.
- Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience in the following would be considered an asset: Genetec Clearance, Genetec Security Center, Microsoft Esri, Brightcove Video Cloud, 911eye, SaaS Video Solutions, Video Analysis/Analytics, Facial Recognition, End User Training
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to excel within a team environment.
- Applicants may be required to undergo a knowledge or skills assessment test.
- As part of your pre-hire screening, you will be required to complete an Enhanced Security Clearance. Should you accept employment with the Edmonton Police Service you acknowledge and agree to participate in future Enhanced Security Re-Clearances at scheduled intervals or in any other circumstances, exigent or otherwise, as required by Human Resources Division.

**Salary Range**:
21M, Salary Grade 044, $43.38 - $54.67 (Hourly), $2,928.40 - $3,690.30 (Bi-Weekly), $76,431.76 - $96,316.63 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
