We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Account Representative to join our expanding team.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement:

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct cold calls to a targeted list and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify additional opportunities for unions to engage their membership through various campaigns.

Sales Process Management:

- Utilize our internal CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Follow the defined sales process to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Meeting KPIs:

- Meet and exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Regularly report on sales metrics and provide insights to enhance performance.

Product Knowledge:
Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Organization and Task-Driven:

- Maintain a well-organized workflow to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Persistency in Follow-ups:

- Exhibit persistence and dedication in follow-up activities to nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Implement strategies to overcome objections and address client concerns.

Tech Savvy:

- Proficient in using digital tools and technologies.
- Comfortable adapting to new software and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting video conferences.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Well-organized, task-driven, and persistent in follow-up activities.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and technologies.
- Previous sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record.

**Customer Service Experience**:

- Customer service experience is a must, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with clients.
