We are currently seeking an International Wholesale Coordinator who will seek inspiration from our roots, can commit to achieving results the right way and loves to think big to join us on our journey.

The International Wholesale Coordinator is a member of our International Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, International Wholesale Operations. The International Wholesale Coordinator will consistently deliver optimal customer service and administrative support for our International partners. Strong communication skills (both written and oral) offering clear and professional dialogue are key to this role. Coupled with the ability to organize and synthesize information is equally important. This is an exciting role and an opportunity to become a valued contributor to our brand and continued International growth.

The International Wholesale Coordinator for Roots will be responsible for and evaluated on the following:

- Day-to-day contact with International partners in relation to assigned product categories including coordinating seasonal product offers, through to shipment, all the while ensuring accuracy while managing ongoing changes and updates to styles, costs, colours, timing, etc., as needed.
- Responding to our valued International partners with a sense of urgency.
- Managing and maintaining cost and purchase order summaries for our International businesses.
- Facilitating scheduled closing and invoicing processes for Domestic Shipments as well as follow up with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues which may surface in a timely manner.
- Maintaining key departmental tracking and reporting for assigned product categories.
- Following up with internal stakeholders to ensure key seasonal and time sensitive materials are provided in a timely manner to our International partners.
- Manage the ongoing sharing and organization of Marketing campaigns and assets with International partners.
- Follow through with tracking deadlines and managing shifting priorities.
- Undertaking special projects and embracing evolving responsibilities as assigned.
- Finding creative ways, think outside the box, to go above and beyond in support of our International partners and ongoing growth.
- College diploma in business, merchandising/retail or equivalent.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
- A minimum of 2 years related wholesale experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, along with analytical, administrative and strong organizational skills with emphasis on priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Working knowledge of Momentis is an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team as well as independently under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
