The Operations Project Coordinator for Roots will be responsible for and evaluated on the following:

- Assist with tracking internal projects/delivery plans by organizing internal meetings, project schedules, and general planning.
- Create and assist production documents and vendor communication this can include call sheets, scheduling, estimates, contracts.
- Organize project files including documentation, release forms, production notes, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to gather project requirements and communicate expectations to team members and external partners.
- Liaise with catering vendors to select menus, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of food.
- Build great relationships with Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing Team members, as well as develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, agencies, freelancers.
- Assist with monthly invoicing reports.
- Support Studio team with general production tasks
- A minimum of three years in a project management role
- Familiarity with creative processes and terminology
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new processes and programs quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solution focused problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and keynote.
- Time management skills and an ability to deliver to targets and deadlines.
- Bonus: Have worked in a commercial studio setting.
