**Who are we looking for?**

This administrator is deeply committed to supporting each agent on the team and to growing his/her own skills and developing into an administrative asset for the team.

**Experience**:
Real Estate experience is critical. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in any field. Licensed assistant is an asset but not required.

**Location**:
In-office in Streetsville, Mississauga.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
You will be the administrative assistant to the team and will prepare paperwork related to transactions. ie, listings agreements, agreement of purchase and sales, amendments, etc
- Booking appointments for showings
- Arranging and coordinating appointments and updating their calendars
- Communicating with our clients from time to time to assist with transactions.
- Planning client appreciation events
- Preparing flyers & mailers
- Any other tasks that may arise that will help the productivity of the agents.

This job is full-time hours (weekdays 9am - 5pm) with the possibility of a long-term position after the contract is completed.

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
