**Status**: Full-time
**Reports to**: Operations Planning Manager
**Position Summary**:
Reporting directly to the Operations Planning Manager, the Production Planner will create production plans (daily/weekly) to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, and to fulfill customer expectations (forecast / POs).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Production planning to assist with meeting customer expectations via plan accuracy
- Adhere to the standard operation template / requirements
- Support Operations team with ensuring schedule / plan is prepared in a timely fashion
- Understand and ensure data integrity in OrganiGram production systems for accurate reporting, forecasting, and analytics
- Identify potential issues and create solutions to improve production schedule
- Work intimately with various departments to make sure production plan is aligned to meet goals (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend On Call Rotation as part of Planning Team
- Other duties as assigned
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant experience;
- Proficient in Excel use and knowledge
- Attention to detail and focus
- Ability to adapt to the required OGI priorities
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mindset;
