**What we offer**
**What you’ll do**
- Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes by leveraging existing technologies to increase operational impact.
- Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks using current technology that exists in the business.
- Partner with the VP of Finance to manage the process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation initiatives with support from the VP of Finance.
**What **y**ou **b**ring**
- Recent graduate or professional from a Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Process Improvement or a related field.
- Advanced technical skills with proficiency or ability to learn quickly programs like Sharepoint, AutoCad, JD Edwards, BuildPro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
**Bonus points**
- Education or certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP courses is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in school or work leveraging technology to streamline processes.
