**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare invoices in quick book, day to day data entry.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office clerk or administrator in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Knowledge of human resources processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.(we can train)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
