As an Associate Organizational Development Consultant (AODC) you will be accountable for the delivery of leadership and HR related learning and development programs, services, and initiatives that support departmental leadership and corporate priorities.

**Primary Accountabilities**:
Some of the key areas of focus include facilitating training (in-person and virtual), managing programs, virtual producing, and assisting with organizational development projects.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with training in adult learning, program/curriculum development, leadership development, and/or facilitation.

Essential to the role are strong relationship building, communication, partnership, coaching and organizational skills coupled with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.

**Assets for this role include**:

- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in adult education

**Equivalency**:
Equivalent experience and training include, but are not limited to:

- Minimum 4 years of related experience with HR program/curriculum development, leadership development, training delivery, and facilitation
