Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a Labelling Associate to join our growing Quality Operations team

**The Impact You Will Make**:
The Labelling Associate manages change activities for all printed packaging components associated with labeling product life cycle management, product launches and regulatory submissions for Fresenius Kabi Canada Ltd. (the Company).

This position supports fabricator operations by ensuring approved labeling components are submitted to the fabricator’s printer on a timely basis. This position coordinates the efforts of all local business functions (principally Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Quality and Vigilance) involved in the creation, management and control of printed components, for appropriate capacity management, prioritization of activities, consolidation of activities version and effectivity date control.

In addition, this position serves as back-up for the preparation of labeling components

including labeling mock-ups.

The incumbent is responsible for the following:

- Assimilation and assessment of current and new product and packaging change requests as a result of manufacturing changes, line extension, branding, regulatory update, safety update, new product introduction
- Detailed planning of the various steps in the change process to implement the new product labeling or new label component version ensuring business needs are met including product launches and mínimal disruption to product supply
- Close coordination with internal business functions and stakeholders (principally Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Vigilance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Portfolio and Business Development) responsible for the various change steps and/or new product/new version introduction
- Management and oversight of external service providers and stakeholders responsible for the various change steps principally the outsourced artwork service provider and contract manufacturing organizations
- Approval of artwork scope and printed component item changes, management of placed orders and the interface with the outsourced artwork service provider

**What You’ll Bring**
- _ Knowledge & Experience._ You have a Bachelor of Science degree, prior experience in healthcare and/or the pharmaceutical industry and knowlege of Good Manufacturing Processes, sterile injectibles anf Canadian labeling requirements.
- _ Communication & Presentation._ You have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders both internal and external. You are highly organized and a skilled problem solver.
- _ Attitude & Passion_. You are self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workloads. You are results orientaed and passionate about continuous improvement.
- _ Technical experience_. You have storng computer skills and proficient with Microsoft 365®. You have working experience in SAP.
