**LOCATIONS**:

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Retention, the Team Manager, Inbound Sales will be responsible for the smooth operation of the consumer Inbound Sales Team by ensuring high productivity, quality, and efficiency with the team’s work to deliver on sales targets and other internal KPIs.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Remain continuously engaged and provides strong support to the front-line agents.
- Produces, maintains, reviews, and analyses operational and sales performance KPIs, both at a team and individual level. Identifies areas which need improvement and proposes inflight actions to improve performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members, weekly & monthly.
- Performance, schedule, and attendance management.
- Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize, and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs.
- Works in conjunction with Training department & Sales Enablement special to train new hires and ensure continuous improvement of the team.
- Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.
- Ensures employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist & develop staff motivation through various incentive programs and other initiatives.
- Assist Senior Manager with recruitment and hiring when applicable.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Remote role.
- Fast paced, multi-tasking.
**TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY USED**:
- Proficient at sourcing/using online resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Internal systems (DAS, web tools)
**CREDENTIALS**:
- Education: High School Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a leadership role and 2 years in a sales role.
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to speak, read & write in both French & English to be able to support the staff and customers across Canada.
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- High end written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
- Self-Starter and highly adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to engage, motivate and persuade.
- Resourceful.
- Sales passion and know-how.
- Detail oriented; understanding why the details matter and ensure that they are executed.
- Fact driven, analytical and curious.
- Able to make informed decisions using a defined framework, process, and metrics.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure or in stressful situations.
