**What you’ll do as a Equipment Reliability & Stability (ERS) associate at HCM**:
As an HCM Reliability Associate you will identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect department operations and remove through loss elimination, risk management, and strong asset lifecycle improvements. You will be working as part of a consolidated reliability team that will standardize practices, analyze data for improvement opportunities, support departments for reliability, and business plan initiatives to improve asset performance and overall maintenance and repair costs. You will provide strong technical mentorship for the department and teams.
- Lead reliability projects (i.e., Improvement activity to stabilize or increase asset performance)
- Lead cost reduction projects (i.e., Data collection, analysis, theme creation, results trending)
- Work with Maximo work order system (i.e., Document 95% of all daily activity and core data improvements)
- Department support as required in the event of large downtime events or shift coverage gaps
- Ongoing communication with department stake holders to ensure strong change management control
- On the job training, documentation development, mentor and train others
- Physical equipment audits and health assessments
- Develop activity plans & PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) schedules and results
- Asset health reviews and preventive maintenance PM (Preventative Maintenance) strengthening
- Business planning and SAP achievement
- Root cause analysis and incident report reviews
- Cost theme development and execution (Maximo Utilization)
- Associate training and mentorship
- Critical Spare Parts and Maximo Core Data Approvals
- Create New Asset maintenance strategies
- Implement and manage corporate condition monitoring programs
**What we need from you**:
- Trade certification in Mechanical Millwright or Electrician **or** a minimum 3-year post-secondary Engineering Technology Diploma in Electrical **or **Mechanical or Degree in a directly related field of study (i.e., mechatronics)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel; Use advanced functions to manage and format data
**It would be a whole lot cooler if you had experience**:
- Previous experience improving equipment PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) using PMO/CBM (Preventative Maintenance Optimization/Condition based Maintenance)
- Strong Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
- On the job training, documentation development, mentor and train others
- Experience developing project scope, schedule creation, and status tracking.
- Experience coordinating and supervising contractors and support groups to execute planned equipment modifications.
- Previous experience improving equipment reliability (Examples of activity to improve asset performance or reduce cost)
- Proven ability to utilize technology to streamline and improve existing systems and processes (i.e., Power BI, Smartsheet)
- Experience creating, managing, and tracking project budgets, and regularly reporting on status updates.
- Experience with CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) (i.e., Maximo, SAP)
