**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a diverse team, including warehouse personnel, mechanics, service staff, and site services personnel.
- Oversee and manage various aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing, material receiving, material tracking, and efficient handling of inventory for small tools, consumables, and safety supplies.
- Manage budgets and resources related to equipment and materials, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Provide hands-on leadership in both operational and project-related capacities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Over 20 years of active Heavy Equipment construction experience.
- Proven track record in managing fleets of small and heavy equipment.
- Previous experience with major construction companies, particularly in heavy civil earthworks or multidisciplinary firms.
- Expertise in both operational and project-related Heavy Equipment management.
- Strong background in supervising diverse teams, including warehouse personnel, mechanics, service staff, and site services personnel.
- Proficient in purchasing, supply chain, warehousing, and inventory management for small tools, consumables, and safety supplies.
- Trade qualification in Heavy Duty Mechanics.
- Progressive supervisory and management skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Proactive contributor to strategic planning and decision-making processes.s.
