Nous recherchons un(e) **Assistant(e) chef(fe) pizzaiolo **passionné(e) par la conception de pizzas napolitaines et habitué à la cuisson au four à bois pour rejoindre l'équipe de FUGAZZI PRESTO SAINT HENRI.

**Description des tâches**:

- Recevoir et entreposer les produits de cuisine, contrôler la qualité des aliments, planifier et vérifier les commandes reçues
- Contrôler et maintenir la propreté des aires de travail
- Aider le responsable dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes de la cuisine et dans la gestion du personnel
- Préparer, exécuter et contrôler toute les préparations de cuisine
- Toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

**Compétences requises**:

- 2 ans d’expérience en pizzeria
- 1 an d'expérience en gestion

We are looking for a **Head Pizzaiolo** **assistant **passionate about Neapolitan pizza design and used to cooking in a wood oven to join the team of our FUGAZZI PRESTO SAINT HENRI.

**Tasks description**:

- Receive and store kitchen products, control food quality, plan and verify orders received
- Control and maintain the cleanliness of work areas
- Assist the manager in the management of daily kitchen activities and in the management of staff
- Prepare, execute and control all kitchen preparations
- Any other related task as needed

**Required skills**:

- 2 years in a pizzeria
- 1 year in a managing position
