We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our BPA team in Mississauga, ON.

**The Finance Analyst will**:

- Provide accurate, timely and relevant information to operations, divisional and corporate accounting stakeholders of the Company
- Prepare and assist in monthly reporting packages (practice(s); divisional), including SLT management and ad hoc reporting (as needed), delivering insightful variance analysis and investigation of differences in operating revenue and expenses
- Review and analyze monthly results including revenue and expenses ensuring accuracy
- Aid in leading review meetings with practice leaders and challenge budget and forecast assumptions to ensure accuracy, integrity and reasonableness
- Assist in developing and implementing opportunities to streamline work processes
- Ad hoc duties and projects as required in the normal course of operations

**T**o be successful **as a Finance Analyst** with BPA, you will need**:

- University degree in Commerce or Business Administration, with a major in Finance (preferred) or Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large amounts of data using advanced Excel tools and functions
- Strong prioritization skills; proven ability to be successful and resourceful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated, and innovative person who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
