***Overview**:
This role will be primarily responsible for processing new and pre-owned car deals, as well as wholesale car deals and dealer trades and day to-day-accounting functions.
- Reconciling and posting new, pre-owned, wholesale and dealer trade car deals
- Calculating and posting sales commissions
- Reconciling various accounting schedules relating to inventory and deal related accounts
- Filing, electronic filing, scanning and tracking documents
- Creating, formatting various documents and correspondence
- Monthly vehicle schedules and reconciliations
- Working alongside Administrative and Sales staff
- Other accounting functions as necessary

**Requirements**:

- ** **Accounting diploma or degree will be an asset
- Experience working in a dealership environment is an asset
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, document templates etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- The ability to work independently and manage a workload of fluctuating priorities, meeting regular workload completion deadlines.
