**OVERVIEW**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Strong, values-based leader who is committed to creating an open work environment where your team members feel supported, equipped, and trusted.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your team and our stakeholders via virtual technologies.
- Lead two teams consisting of team managers and training analysts to deliver technical training and documentation.
- Create a vision and roadmap for Learning Services including assessments on training value (Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model); continuous improvement of existing programs, enhancements to our training services; and development of new services.
- Define critical competencies and develop all members of your team to meet the vision of the roadmap.
- Work with stakeholders to create training schedules, strategies and solutions that meet the diverse requirements of the departments we support.
- Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry.
- Manage the design and development of standards and processes related to training development including quality control best practices.
- Determine best metrics to evaluate and assess Learning Services processes and programs. Determine course of action where data suggests opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training development plans (ADDIE) for assigned projects, defining the scope, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, benefits, and due dates.

- Progressive experience and responsibilities leading people.
- Ability to consider business culture, diversity, and various workstyles when creating creative and dynamic learning products and strategies.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Experience developing leadership training and resources.
- Excellent presentation skills including facilitation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
