**Position**: SAP Inside Sales Specialist
**Location**: Toronto, Ontario
**Client Overview**: Our client is a leading SAP consultancy firm located in Toronto, known for its comprehensive SAP solutions and exceptional service delivery. They are currently seeking an energetic and driven SAP Inside Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team and contribute to their expanding operations in North America.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop a solid understanding of SAP products and services to confidently discuss and promote them to clients.
- Manage the lead nurturing process, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to the account management team.
- Accurately maintain and update client information in the CRM system for effective lead management.
- Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry challenges, and competitive landscape.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar roles, with experience in the technology or software industry highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to time management.
- Knowledge of SAP products and the enterprise software market will be advantageous.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
