Have you been a server, line cook or just have a passion for the hospitality industry? Are you passionate about food and want to share your expertise with enthusiasm? Do you believe in the value of exceptional customer service? Then this is the position for you.

We are now looking to hire dynamic, outgoing, and friendly team members. You must be fun, energetic and have passion for food and wowing our guests. Minimum 1 year’s experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Full-time and part-time restaurant positions are available.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To take all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that they go out as per guests request and Wing City standard, maintain the cleanliness of the FOH and assist preparing food when needed.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU**:

- Carrying out amazing service
- Establishing a fantastic guest connection with each guest
- Correctly entering guest orders into the POS system
- Understanding and being able to communicate all aspects of the menu.
- Ensuring the Wing City standard operating procedures are being executed correctly in a timely manner.
- Completing all duties listed on the cleaning checklist.
- Working as a team member to fellow coworkers
- Always maintain a clean and sanitized service area.
- Assisting with preparing food when needed
- Being detail - oriented with basic mathematical skills
- Ability to develop a courteous approach to resolving any complaints.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
