As the Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead, you will report to the SAP Portfolio Manager. This role provides technical leadership to the City's SAP Portfolio Enterprise Delivery team in Technical Project Delivery. It is critical for driving technical and strategic direction for the SAP Suite Products implementation and provides leadership to the technical team supporting projects in the roadmap. You will focus on strong partnerships and apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist projects related to development, integration, and quality assurance.

  • Developing and implementing detailed plans and policies regarding program-specific requirements.
  • Leading the design and implementation of foundational enterprise solutions.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of a test strategy and quality assurance processes.
  • Managing budget planning and monitoring for operational and project budgets.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships within Technology Services and with external partners.
  • Managing and training unit staff to ensure effective teamwork and high work quality.
