**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or similar, is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling/serving techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Smart Serve certification required.
