Calgary, Canada HER Victory Full time

**THE ORGANIZATION**

HER Victory is an organization that provides women with healing, exit opportunities, and restoration for survivors of human trafficking and/or sexual exploitation. We listen, learn and advocate for our client’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We want her to know she is loved by God, loved by others, and has choices.

Our onsite outreach facility was started out of Eastside Victory Church, located in Forest Lawn, on one of Calgary’s last prostitution strolls. In 2023, we started building out of our vision to expand services for the women we serve to meet the growing needs of those who are vulnerable to or have been exploited. We’ve had a counselling practicum student on-site, building relationships with the women we serve and offering the opportunity for them to process grief, overcome addiction, and support them in their spiritual journey while respecting a variety of faith backgrounds. We’ve seen tremendous results from our clients having access to a counsellor to process their trauma and support them in times of crisis, combined with the efforts of our case management team. Seeing tremendous results through counselling, HER Victory is committed to seeing the ongoing support of a counsellor on-site for the women we serve.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of those impacted by or at-risk of exploitation.
