We are looking for a Parts Inventory Specialist based in Surrey, BC.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts & Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and logistics of parts for our company. This position requires strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and reconciliation.

**Duties**:

- Procure parts from various suppliers and OEMs to ensure timely availability
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records using order management systems
- Ensure proper storage and organization of parts within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify and fulfill parts requirements for projection, sound & AV repairs
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their projection & sound needs.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity & experience with inventory & parts procurement processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in parts identification and ordering
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and suppliers
